Legal Policies
All BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. products sold direct in the U.S. and Canada include a 30-day unconditional money back retail and wholesale guarantee.
If you purchased the product retail, direct* from BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC., or via the online MY BIOPHARMACY, complete the following steps for a refund:
1) Contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase of any BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. product(s). Please inform us by fax (858-622-1846); email (support@biopharmasci.com); or phone (877-772-4362) that you, a retail customer, request a refund and the reason that the product did not meet your expectations.
2) Return the product(s) to 7776 Trade Street, San Diego, CA 92121. Please include a copy of the original retail sales receipt. Also include a written statement explaining why you have returned the product. BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. must receive the original product, a written reason for return, and proof of retail sale within 15 days prior to your initial request to process the refund.
3) After meeting these requirements, your credit card will be refunded for the full original purchase price, including any taxes paid to BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you. Shipping costs are not refundable.
*If you purchased a BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. product from a health professional reseller or distributor, you must obtain a refund from that entity.
The health professional reseller refund policy is as follows:**
If you, as a health professional, are requesting reimbursement for a product returned by your client, BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC INC. will refund the wholesale price, including tax, or replace any opened canisters, upon the receipt of the opened containers or bottles, client address and phone number, and proof of the date of retail sale. Such refunds will only be provided when returned by the retail client within 30 days of the retail purchase. BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. will not pay for the shipping of the returned, opened canisters. BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. will pay for the shipping of replacement canisters, but reserves the right to include with subsequent orders placed within the next 60 days.
Before returning a product, contact BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. Customer Service or inform us by fax (858-622-1846), email (support@biopharmasci.com) or phone (877-772-4362) that you, a health professional reseller, request a refund and the reason that the product did not meet your expectations.
Retail returns from the BioPharmacy Online program will result in subscriber profit being debited from the subscribers subsequent profit check(s).
**If you as a health professional purchased BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. products from one of our independent distributors, please refer to your distributors refund policy.
The distributor refund policy is as follows:
BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. will refund or replace only those products opened by retail users, who return the unused portion to their health professional reseller within 30 days of retail purchase, along with proof of the date of retail sale, and name of the health professional reseller the product was purchased from.
Before returning products, contact BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. Customer Service or inform us by fax (858-622-1846), email (support@biopharmasci.com) or phone (877-772-4362) that you, a distributor, request a refund and the reason that the product did not meet your expectations.
BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. will not pay for the shipping of the returned, opened canisters. BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. will pay for the shipping of replacement canisters, but reserves the right to include with subsequent orders placed within the next 60 days.
All Returns:
1. BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. will not reimburse or replace any product that has expired.
2. BIOPHARMA SCIENTIFIC, INC. reserves the right to change the return policy at any time.
